- Property Conditions & Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
- Secure valuables and fragile items prior to service
- Disclose known hazards or pre-existing damage
Hire Calling, LLC is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to property
- Damage resulting from ordinary wear and tear
- Loss of unsecured personal items
- Items not disclosed as fragile or specialty surfaces
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hire Calling, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use of our website
- Performance of services
- Service interruptions
- Delays caused by weather, labor shortages, access restrictions, or events beyond our control
Our total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services rendered in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
- Independent Contractors
Hire Calling, LLC may utilize independent contractors or subcontractors to perform services. All personnel are required to comply with company standards and applicable laws.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, branding, text, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of Hire Calling, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
- Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
- Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
